Bio
Bri Sudduth CSM, SSM, is a certified Project Manager, problem solver, and team coach for over 5 years nationally, and 7 years for internationally. If you ask Bri, those are awesome milestones, however, all teams are custom coached and their tools are designed for their success and communication styles.
“Scrum Master Bri” reports like its her first day on the job with every team, everyday. The best part is, she removes herself we the team can self-organize. She’s happy to drop in for team fine tuning.
With humble beginnings as a Sociology major at Colorado State University, Bri made it her course in life to try the jobs after graduating and it lead to working with team around the world. She’s served financial virtual teams (her first international team), construction, real estate software, IT healthcare, and so much more. After years of serving teams, she learned how to better lead them at the same time.
